Sometimes we only show a limited selection from a specific manufacturer. We are of course happy to order any product from the entire product lines of the manufacturers featured on formplusfunction.com.

Easy Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind our products. Any item that is in like-new condition with original packaging can be returned within thirty days of receipt for a full refund
We understand how hard it sometimes is to order something online from a photo. If you are in doubt before you place your order do give us a call and we will help you with descriptions, additional photos if we have them available or if possible by sending you samples first.
If you receive a product that you just don’t like or that doesn’t match your home, our friendly customer service staff is just a phone call away. They will guide you through our easy return procedures
When you place your order online you are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered.We go through every order manually and do our best to catch inconsistencies (like track ordered in white, but the extender in black) and will contact you in case we see something out of the ordinary.As a rule, however, we trust that the information you send us is accurate and we will have to hold you responsible for cost incurred because of changes to an order after it has been processed.
If you place your order by phone you will receive a written confirmation and receipt. This must be reviewed for accuracy within 24 hours. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours the order will be processed as is.
No hidden Fees or Terms
Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee. This important piece of information will be noted clearly on the products page for that particular item. If you return an item with a restocking fee, it will be deducted from the refund.
If the item was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund as well.
Form + Function sells products from some manufacturers that are custom made or built-to-order. These items are non-returnable and can’t be cancelled once the order has been placed. These terms will always be clearly noted right on the products page.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50.
Most orders above $50 include free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. For orders below $50, we charge $15 for shipping and handling.
For orders outside the contiguous 48 States we will inform you about the shipping charges before we process your order.
All orders must be pre-paid in full. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our online store. Orders will be billed in full at time of order. Please contact us if you wish to pay offline.
No Sales Tax
We are located in Santa Fe, NM and don’t charge sales tax for any out-of-state residents.
As an added bonus we even pay the sales tax for our New Mexico online customers.
We are there for you and will stay in touch throughout the ordering and fulfilment process.Despite our best efforts, due to human error, our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, Form + Function cannot honor incorrect prices. We will, however do our best to work with you to find you a similar, comperably priced item.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. If we mis-priced an item to your disadvantage, we will, at our discretion, issue you a refund for the difference.
