Welcome to our fresh and new look! We are so excited about our new site and hope to be able to offer you the contemporary lighting choices you are looking for.
Founded in 1984, Form + Function has expanded considerably over the years.
Through the years we have built up a unique selection of high-quality lighting and accessories. We have established close working relationships with our vendors, many of whom we have known for many years. As we mention in the description of the individual fixtures some of them have many custom options available, so please do not hesitate to call us. We would enjoy working with you on your projects!
We aim to provide you with the highest possible level of service and we know that this is only possible if we are thoroughly familiar with all our products. Our sales staff does therefore not only sit at the computers and phones, but are active on the sales floor and with home consultations as well. This assures that everyone you will get on the phone is very familiar with our products.
