Easy Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind our products. Any item can be returned within two weeks for a full refund, less shipping fees and the restocking fee, if the item has not been installed and is in its original re-sale condition and original packing materials.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50.
Most orders above $50 include free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. For orders below $50, we charge $15 for shipping and handling.
For orders outside the contiguous 48 States, please email us for a quote.

Payment Options
All orders must be pre-paid in full.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our online store. Orders will be billed in full at time of order. Please contact us if you wish to pay offline.

Pricing Errors
Due to human error, our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, Form + Function cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer before the order is placed. At the time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or cancel their order completely.
