Tech Lighting Kable Lite: Power Feeds
If you choose a remote transformer for your Tech Lighting cable lighting system you will need a power feed to bring power to the cable. The power feed canopy, mounted to a wall or ceiling adjacent to the Kable Lite run will bring power to the cable from a remote transformer. It can be used anywhere in the run, wherever it is convenient for you to install it.
The low-voltage leads from the remote transformer are connected to the canopy leads inside a standard junction box. The two leads from the canopy are 24" long and can be cut and bent in the field. To drop your Kable Lite system farther down from the ceiling, add a pair of hardwire feeds (sold separately).
