The hand-folded sculptural pendant shade # 172 was designed by architect Poul Christiansen between 1969 and 1978 and has been in continuous production by the Danish company Le Klint. The material is a color-stabilized white PVC which is completely washable and anti-static. All pendants include 5 feet of white cord.
Model 172A measures 13" in diameter by 12" high and uses one maximum 75W standard base bulb.Model 172B measures 17 1/2" in diameter by 16" high and uses one maximum 100W standard base bulb.
