The Baka-Ru low voltage lighting systems by Ingo Maurer can be purchased as kits or you can order the individual parts and create your own kit.
The cables come in a standard length of 20' (used in the kits), but are also available in 26.6' and 33.3'. For longer runs use a second transformer at the other end of the run. If you add cable and a transformer the adjoining cables must be separated by an isolating connector.
