The Flos 45 Adjustable series is a collection of outdoor lights designed by Tim Derhaag in 2007. As much sculpture as functional light source, this fixture looks stunning in a grouping or alone.
The 45 outdoor light provides direct or indirect diffused light by simply rotating the diffuser. The lights are available in satin aluminum, black or in real teak wood. A special joint which joins the two lamp components allows for easy and immediate adjustment. Each unit is available with a clear or opal diffuser and optional louvers. The FLOS 45 can be used as indoor as well as outdoor luminaires for providing direct and indirect lighting for paths, walkways, interiors and landscape lighting.
Extruded anti corrosion 6010 aluminum alloy body, head and front cap with phosphochromed non-corrosive protection. Opal white or transparent polycarbonate diffuser. Optional louver screen of diecast Zamak 12 with non-corrosive yellow alodine protection and matte black epoxy powdercoat finish is available to modify the angle at which the beam of light leaves the luminaire for enhanced visual comfort.
The 45 is for cement-in applications and comes equipped with flange for mounting.
Model 45ADJ FL2 is the smallest model. It extends from a minimum of 17.3" H (at a right angle) to 32.3" (vertical); 45ADJ FL3 is the mid-sized model. It extends from a minimum of 39.4"H (at a right angle) to 54.3" H (vertical); Model 45ADJ FLP is the tallest model. It extends from a minimum of 70.8" H (at a right angle) to 85.8" (vertical)
