The Melampo table lamp from Artemide was designed by Adrien Gardere. It has an adjustable diffuser. The Melampo is made of die-cast aluminum with the diffuser in polycarbonate fiber with inner assembly in anodized aluminum. This table lamp comes available in two sizes: small/large. The large model's diffuser adjusts to a full downward, 35 degree upward, and full upward postion. The small model adjusts to full downward and 30 degree upward position.
