Form+Function offers FREE SHIPPING on most orders over $50!

Some items are oversized or require special handling. These items are marked with additional shipping on the individual product page.

On all other orders, shipping and handling charges are 7% of your order within the contiguous 48 states, with a minimum shipping charge of $15. For Alaska, Hawaii and foreign orders, please email or call us for a shipping quote.

We generally ship UPS Ground.

You will receive most orders within fourteen business days.

Some products are manufactured to order and will take longer to ship. This will be noted in the individual product descriptions.

We will do our best to notify you of any delays as soon as we hear of them. At any time, if you think it has taken too long for your order to arrive, please contact us: we will look into it for you.

Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together, unless you ask us to ship the order complete. We will ship as ready, so you don't have to wait longer than necessary to light up your home.

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Sorry, but we cannot ship to post office boxes.

A 6.875% sales tax will be added on all shipments to New Mexico, unless you provide us with a current CRS-1 Form.
