Cancellation Process

In most cases there will be a 15% cancellation fee on any order that has been processed. If the shipping was free then there will also be a 7% fee to cover our shipping costs. Custom orders that are in production cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately so that we can see if there is anything we can do for you. The waiving of the 15% cancellation fee will be at the discretion of Form + Function.
