It is a direct wire wall sconce with the added flexability of being reversible - it can be mounted pointing "up" or "down."

This vanity fixture is pictured in the natural iron finish with an elegant opal glass bell, and is also available in dark smoke and black finish with your choice of opal, stone, or saffra glass.
