Steel is heated in the forge until is red hot, then Christopher Thomson and his assistants hammer, stretch and bend the pliable steel quickly at various anvils to shape it into the desired form. More shaping, sizing, welding, buffing and straightening follow. Each piece is inspected several times to assure beauty and excellent craftsmanship. All lamps are stamped with the Christopher Thomson logo, assuring you of its authenticity.
