Form + Function offers a large selection of attractive hand forged and wrought iron chandeliers.

For the creation of these chandeliers, forged iron is hammered and shaped on an anvil when hot, usually prior to being bent, or wrought. This is a much more time consuming process than cast iron designs mass produced in molds, but the result is well worth it.

The pieces usually show the nature of the blacksmithing process, and by their very hand-crafted nature, each finish is an individual work of art.
