The modern Sosnowski Residence in Tempe Arizona  features a striking industrial glass cube jutting out over the bottom level made of CMU walls.
The top level floor-to-ceiling glass walls are framed by a black trusses.
The outdoor spaces is integrated with  the residence through two 30’ wide operable sliding glass doors.
At night the illuminated cube glows with a welcoming light.
