This bath fixture by Tech Lighting has a unique rectangular multi-layered white glass diffuser. 
Plated pressure formed frame.  It provides task as well as ambient light.  May also be mounted vertically.  Available in two lamp configurations:  24 watt T5 mini-bi-pin base 3000 degrees K linear fluorescent lamp (included) with electronic ballast; or four 120 volt, 40 watt halogen mini-candelabra base lamps (included).  The halogen version is dimmable with a standard incandescent dimmer.  ADA compliant.

Needs at least 12.5 inches of clearance on one side to change bulbs.

Lamp: Fluorescent: 1-24 watt T5 mini-bi-pin base 3000 degrees K linear fluorescent lamp (included) with electronic ballast; or Incandescent: Four Krypton 120 volt, 60 watt, T4 lamps with E11 mini-candelabra base (included).
