The Talus wall sconce by Hubbardton Forge is stunning with its hammered plates of iron and a geometric shade. The front iron plate has an intriguing crumbled design that adds a rustic touch to the otherwise clean lines.

It is a direct wire sconce.  

It is available in several finishes and is here shown in the Dark smoke finish (07) with rectangular half shade in "Natural Anna" linen (25-1229-48)

Two of the finishes: Mahogany and Dark Smoke are stock finishes. 
Sconces with this finish usually ship within one week.

In addition Hubbardton Forge offers three custom finishes for the Talus: Bronze, Black and Natural Iron (pewter). These finishes have a delivery time of 3 - 4 weeks.
